For our collaborators we use a family-like approach that have always been at the center of Cep’s corporate policy.

Hence the name of the Welfare project as Cep family.

With the Company Welfare Plan we carry out various activities and initiatives:

  • Education support: through reimbursement of expenses for childrens education (textbooks, teaching materials, school fees and digital media);

The summer camp called CEP Summer Camp is unmissable, it’s perhaps the activity that had the greatest emotional impact and that allowed us for two weeks a year, thanks to the English courses, the IT courses, the artistic-expressive and the sensorial workshops and paths of onotherapy, to take care of the greatest resource: the children of the CEP family.

An important resource that we wanted was for the CEP children to accompany for a day their parents at work so they can be aware of the parents work enviroment and also support them in their school activities  and in their afternoon study in an after-school program that would allow them to learn and at the same time socialize with others.

Bonus obtained upon achievement of company objectives for those who have distinguished themselves for their commitment and performance.
