Service Team

CEP has set up the Service Team, a highly specialized task force for electromechanical installations and maintenance interventions on electrical substations, maintenance of medium/low voltage electrical switchgears, maintenance of out of service transformers.

The Service Team can be activated:

  • for after-sales services for CEP prefabricated electrical substations
  • at the request of third parties for interventions on their sites.

CEP technicians operate throughout the Italian territory to ensure the quality of the electrical service and are specialized in both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of prefabricated electrical substations. In addition, the Service Team also deals with special installations for prefabricated CAV electrical substations.

CEP is a guarantee of efficiency and professionalism for the rapid resolution of problems and for the maintenance of LV / MV  and for other out-of-service electrical systems through telephone support, emergency response on call and spare parts guaranteed over time.

For out-of-service plants, the technical service is complete with documented field tests as part of the regulatory compliance of the plants and refers to the legal obligations of the CEI Standards.
The prompt assistance service for out-of-service systems is aimed at both the end customer and the installer.
The Service team offers a first free call in which, after an appropriate analysis of the state of the equipment, it evaluates the problems, suggesting different solutions where possible.

Precisely for this reason it has set up a highly specialized task force so that our clients can be followed from the installation phase to the maintenance phase.

Time intervention for the maintenance of electrical substations.

In the event of breakdowns of the electrical substations, the service that takes care of the maintenance of the systems generally guarantees timeliness of intervention.

The timeliness of intervention on the systems is ensured in the event that the failure causes a system shutdown.

Predictive Maintenance Controller

What is PMC?
It involves carrying out the maintenance of the secondary distribution electrical substations, in advance of the occurrence of the problem.
With the PMC: Predictive Maintenance Controller we introduce the concept of predictivity in the maintenance of electrical substations.

All this is possible thanks to the IoT technology that performs the following tasks:

  • It acquires the signals coming from the sensors inside the electrical substation;
  • It processes the signals into information with ad hoc algorithms;
  • Keeps a history of up to 10 years of information (the information is back-up);
  • It sends to the system only the «alarm» information, ie those that exceed certain pre-set limits;
  • Make correlations between different variables.
