Today more than ever, organizations need to care about the knowledge and skills of their workforce. It is also important that the employees in the company are aware of the importance of their role within the company.
CEP has always believed in the importance of training, including a series of planned and verifiable activities aimed at encouraging the knowledge and skills aimed at ensuring company awareness of the roles and processes.
We firmly believe that there is knowledge when there is personal involvement, this is why we organize activities that involve decisions of common strategies and attitudes, to act on new behaviors and new effective approaches in the company processes.
For this reason, CEP has created a Training Center where it is possible to implement all the training sessions for new and specific training methods:

  • Classroom training
  • Direct training on site

Classroom training allows you to transfer information with a high specialized value and encourage in-depth the full understanding through direct confrontation between teachers and participants. Direct training on site such as a visit to the factory allows participants to directly understand the real applicability of the problems and solutions learned, the steps to be taken in the company to get from the design phase to the final installation. The Cep training center annually hosts training days organized by the company with the technical professional schools of the area to offer students a real approach to the working world.

The training center created by the company has a double objective:

  • Promote the knowledge in the sector.
  • Encourage discovering new innovative products and technical solutions.

The Training Center collaborates with important Training Schools such as ABB, AGATOS, ASSCOMART, CEI, HEADING, UNAE.
