The company policy for the Health and Safety at Work constitutes a fundamental and essential reference.

Our risk assessment document guides us day after day to allow workers and all those who come into contact with our company (suppliers, customers, etc.) to reduce the risks related to Health and Safety in the workplaces.

Company management is committed to pursuing the objectives of continuous improvement of the safety and health of the employees, as an integral part of its business and as a strategic commitment with respect of the general purposes of the company.

  • To achieve the safety objectives, according to one’s own duties and competences.
  • Encourage cooperation between the various company resources.
  • Respect and enforce all applicable laws and regulations, formulating company procedures.

  • Development, production and marketing of innovative products with a high technological content, able to anticipate the needs and expectations of the Customer.

  • Raise the qualitative and professional standard of its workers, enhancing the human qualities and aptitudes of each.
  • To increase the number of employees, compatibly with the company workloads, in order to spread in the area in which it operates, and in which can also be extended to its related industries.

CEP Srl, developed its own company Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with the International Standard UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015, which adopts a Quality Policy, starting from the company objectives and goals, which constitute a strategic oppurtunity, to pursue its corporate mission.

Management is committed to ensuring that the corporate objectives are achieved in compliance with the following principles:

  • pay the utmost attention to the needs of the customer with satisfying them and ensuring compliance with the applicable mandatory requirements;
  • maintain adequate infrastructures in order to respond promptly to the rapid technical and technological developments to which the electromechanical sector is subject;
  • maintain an adequate level of skills and know-how (by subjecting employees to training and qualification courses relating to their work area) in order to guarantee an adequate level of competitiveness;
  • internally disseminate corporate culture as a common asset, promoting motivation, professional growth and involvement of all employees;
  • empower and delegate at all levels of the company structure;
  • rationalize and optimize the use of resources.

Top Management, using as reference  the corporate mission choices and quality policy,  start the implementation of the QMS and, subsequently, concurrently with the QMS review activity, sets specific and measurable quality objectives and draws up a Quality Objectives Implementation Plan.
The Implementation Plan provides, for each quality objective set, the assignment of the time limits for achievement, the responsibilities involved and the economic and material resources necessary. The status of achievement of the quality objectives is monitored, where applicable, by monitoring the progress of appropriate performance indicators defined for them.  The Quality Objectives are reviewed annually during the QMS Review Meeting by Management.
Top Management, Mr. Mario Melodia appoints Ms. Roberta Melodia as Head of the QMS (HQM).
The responsibility for the implementation of the Quality Policy lies with the Top Management, with the support of the HQM, in order to ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System is in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
Among the responsibilities of Top Management is that of periodically reviewing the suitability of the Quality Policy, the status of achievement of the quality objectives and, in general, the overall management of the QMS. For this purpose, a system of internal audits (Self-Audit) is implemented.

The Company pursues its corporate mission by aiming to improve its processes, products and services in order to increase the effectiveness of the QMS and customer satisfaction.

To ensure the highest quality, it carries out checks on all phases of business processes, from the acquisition of orders, to the qualification of suppliers, to the control of incoming materials to storage. Also during the production phases it carries out in-process checks on all processes up to testing of finished products, so that correct functioning can be verified by means of technical tests in accordance with the product standards and customer specifications.
