The company policy for the Health and Safety at Work constitutes a fundamental and essential reference.

Our risk assessment document guides us day after day to allow workers and all those who come into contact with our company (suppliers, customers, etc.) to reduce the risks related to Health and Safety in the workplaces.

Company management is committed to pursuing the objectives of continuous improvement of the safety and health of the employees, as an integral part of its business and as a strategic commitment with respect of the general purposes of the company.

Quality Policy

CEP S.r.l., developing a Quality Management System (QMS) in its company in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 International Standard, adopts a Quality Policy which, starting from the company guidelines and objectives constituting a strategic opportunity pursues its corporate mission by taking account of the environmental, social and economic impacts deriving from its activities in a responsible and transparent manner, thus incorporating the principles of sustainability within the value chain, as well as the aspects characterizing the legal status of the Company Benefit, which legal form adopted.

What do we do

Design and production of:

  • prefabricated electrical substations in vibrated reinforced concrete complete with electromechanical equipment;
  • electrical substations in containers complete with electromechanical equipment;
  • medium and low voltage switchboards.

Objectives

The Company pursues its corporate mission by aiming to improve its processes, products and services in order to increase the effectiveness of the QMS and customer satisfaction.

Goals

The General Management undertakes to ensure that the corporate objectives are achieved in compliance with the following principles:

  • pay the utmost attention to the Customer’s needs with the permanent aim of satisfying them and ensuring compliance with the applicable mandatory requirements;
  • maintain adequate infrastructures in order to promptly respond to the rapid technical and technological evolutions to which the electromechanical sector is subject;
  • maintain an adequate level of skills and know-how (subjecting personnel to training and qualification courses relating to their area of ​​activity) in order to guarantee an adequate level of competitiveness;
  • internally disseminating the corporate culture as a common heritage, promoting motivation, professional growth and involvement of all personnel;
  • make responsible and delegate at all levels of the corporate structure;
  • rationalize and optimize the use of resources;
  • assess the impact of activities in relation to ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) aspects.

Leadership & Strategy

The Top Management, taking the Company Mission and the Quality Policy as a reference for its choices, at the start of implementation of the QMS and, subsequently, in conjunction with the Review of the QMS, sets specific and measurable Quality Objectives and draws up a Quality Objectives Implementation Plan.
The Implementation Plan provides, for each quality objective set, the assignment of the time limits for achievement, the responsibilities involved and the economic and material resources necessary for this.

The state of achievement of the quality objectives is monitored, where applicable, through the surveillance of the performance of appropriate performance indicators defined for them. The Quality Objectives are reviewed annually during the QMS Review Meeting by the Management.
The Top Management, Mr. Mario Melodia, designates Ms. Roberta Melodia as Head of the QMS (RSGQ).

The responsibility for the implementation of the Quality Policy lies with the Top Management with the support of the RSGQ, in order to ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System are met and are maintained in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard .
Among the responsibilities of Top Management is that of periodically reviewing the suitability of the Quality Policy, the state of achievement of the quality objectives and, in general, the global management of the QMS. For this purpose, a system of internal audits (Self-Audit) is implemented.
