EP.srl is committed to making www.cepsrl.it accessible, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 106 of 10 August 2018, which transposed Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council. This accessibility statement applies to cepsrl.it.

Compliance status: Partially compliant.

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

  • Requirement 9.1.1.1 – Some non-text content presented to the user does not have an equivalent text alternative that serves the same purpose;
  • Requirement 9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure or relationships conveyed by the presentation of the pages cannot be determined programmatically (or are not available through text);
  • Requirement 9.1.4.3 – The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always have the minimum required contrast ratio, except for the exceptions provided for by the regulations (e.g. logos);
  • Requirement 9.1.4.4 – Some text, with the exception of subtitles and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200 percent without using assistive technologies and without losing content and functionality;
  • Requirement 9.1.4.5 – In some cases, images of text have been used instead of text alone, and they are neither customizable nor essential to the type of information conveyed;
  • Requirement 9.1.4.10 – Content that does not require a two-dimensional representation (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the size displayed by the user agent changes;
  • Requirement 9.1.4.11 – For some essential components, even in their various states, the color contrast with respect to adjacent elements does not exceed the ratio of 3:1;
  • Requirement 9.1.4.13 – In some cases, when hovering the mouse pointer (hover) or keyboard focus makes content visible or hidden, there is no mechanism available to dismiss the additional content without moving the mouse pointer or keyboard focus, the pointer cannot be moved over the additional content without it disappearing, or the additional content does not remain visible until the hover or focus event is removed, the user dismisses it, or its information is no longer valid, except for certain exceptions provided for;
  • Requirement 9.2.1.1 – Some features cannot be used by keyboard (or an interface with equivalent input);
  • Requirement 9.2.4.3 – On some Web pages that can be navigated sequentially and where the navigation sequence affects their meaning and operation, some objects that could receive focus do not receive it in an order that preserves their meaning and operability;
  • Requirement 9.2.4.4 – The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text or from the link text together with adjacent content;
  • Requirement 9.2.4.6 – Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently clarify content or functionality;
  • Requirement 9.2.4.7 – On some interactive elements, the focus indicator is not visible;
  • Requirement 9.3.2.2 – When the user changes the setting of any interface component (input), a change of context occurs;
  • Requirement 9.4.1.2 – In some cases, the user interface components (including: form elements, links and components generated by scripts, etc.), name, role, states, properties and values are not correct or set, or the user and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change.

Integrated accessibility tools

To facilitate navigation and improve the user experience of the site, an accessibility widget has been integrated, allowing users to customize the interface according to their needs. The widget, which can be activated by clicking on the dedicated icon present on every page of the site, offers a range of features, including:

  • Text enlargement: Increases the font size up to four different levels.
  • Contrast and color adjustment: Option to activate high-contrast, grayscale or color-inversion modes.
  • Animation suspension: Stops moving elements to avoid distractions or interference, also useful for photosensitive users.
  • High-readability font: Use of characters optimized for dyslexia.
  • Spacing and line spacing: Customizable adjustments to improve text readability.
  • Enlarged cursor: Increase in the size of the mouse pointer to make it easier to locate.
  • Page structure display: Highlights headings, landmarks and links for clearer and more streamlined navigation.

This statement was drafted on 27/07/2023. The assessment was carried out by a third party through objective and subjective analyses (cf. Article 3, paragraph 1, of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523).
